Exclse (Grant of License of Selling by Bars & Conditions of License) Rules, 2005, in consonance with the recommendations issued by the Committee appointed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in relation to setting up of Liquor shops and Bars & Restaurants adjacent to highways as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution and further direct the Respondents to comply with the recommendations made by the Committee appointed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in this regard.
