HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29048 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking to set aside the impugned endorsement dated 19.07.2016 issued by the 4th respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that against the impugned endorsement dated 19.07.2016, appeal lies and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid submission, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to avail alternative remedy against the impugned endorsement. No order as to costs.
