HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2118 OF 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging the wilful disobedience of the order dated 17.03.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6199 of 2015.

At the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), has placed on record, the order dated 04.12.2015, passed by the respondent-Contemnor and a copy of the same has been made available to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Inasmuch as, the order dated 17.03.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6199 of 2015, has been complied with, nothing survives in this Contempt Case. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to take appropriate steps if they are otherwise aggrieved by the order of the respondentContemnor. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
