M. Ismail, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26062 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the agricultural lands to an extent of Ac.4-87 cents in Sy.No.771-1 situated at Goradindla Village, Atmakuru Mandal, Anantapur District. Originally, the respondent granted patta in favour of his father 30 years back. Since the date of issuance of patta, his father is cultivating the said land without any interruption and after death of his father, he is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same.
The revenue authorities issued pattadar passbook and title deed in his favour. When the petitioner has approached for a crop loan from the Bank, the respondent authorities have insisted for fresh documents i.e., Form IB and Adangal, which was obtained from online Meeseva through online system. Petitioner has made an application dated 06.04.2016 through online seeking the said documents. Questioning the inaction on the part of the respondents in taking action on the said representation, the present writ petition is filed.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the fourth respondent to consider the request of the petitioner made through online dated 06.04.2016 with reference to his pattadar passbook and other documents and if the petitioner is found entitled, issue appropriate online Adangal to the petitioner as requested by him within a period of three weeks from today.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. --------------------------------------------------- JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM August 4, 2016 LMV
