Kantamani Suryarao, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.32310 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not mutating the land in the pattadar passbooks and title deeds in an extent of Ac.0-15 cents in Sy.No.683-8A of Nidadavolu Village and Mandal pursuant to the orders in L.P.R.No.1625/2015/B, dated 28-12-2015. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that appeal lies against the impugned order. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to avail alternative remedy. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
