The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 15.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.269 of 2015 in O.S.No.239 of 2006 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was decreed with costs on 28.09.2015, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 25.08.2015.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
