THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.35466 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the petitioner's prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the manufacturing, Distribution and sale of the petitioner's products of AGENT, DIAMOND, TOTAL CLEAR, SUN-SHINE, ROOTER, PANTHER, DECIDE, POPULAR, RECOVER, GREEN FLOWER, GUN SHOT, WARRIOR, RIDER, UPAKAR, SAMRUDDI, SHADOW, RIDER ULTRA POWER, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents not to interfere with in any manner in the manufacture, sale and distribution of the petitioner's Bio-products and pass such other order or orders, as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Though no relief can be granted in respect of the brands or varieties of products indicated in the prayer, in view of the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch dated 10.07.2015 as modified by the Division Bench in W.A.Nos.1122 and 1136 of 2016 dated 03.11.2016, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said orders. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
