It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader that in similar circumstances, this Court made an order on 1.11.2018 in WP.No.39249 of 2018 and batch disposing of the Writ Petitions giving liberty to the petitioners therein to approach the Government.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 1.11.2018 in WP.No.39249 of 2018 and batch.

Office is directed to annex a copy of the order in WP.No.39249 of 2018 and batch dated 1.11.2018 to this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
