THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.1600, 1605 & 1715 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners. In view of nature of the relief sought in the present Civil Revision Petitions, these cases are being disposed of by this common order without issuing notice to the respondents.

2. The case of the petitioners in CRP.Nos.1600 and 1605 of 2015 is that they are defendants in O.S.No.28 of 2004 on the file of the Court of III Additional District Judge, Warangal (for short, trial Court), which was filed by the first respondent in the said CRPs, for partition of suit schedule properties. A n ex parte preliminary decree was passed on 08.11.2005. After coming to know of the same, the petitioners in CRP.Nos.1600 and 1605 of 2015 filed two applications i.e., I.A.No.215 and 216 of 2015 seeking condonation of delay in filing applications to set aside the ex parte decree dated 08.11.2005. The petitioners in CRP.No.1715 of 2015, who are third parties to the said suit, filed I.A.No.318 of 2013 seeking to implead them as respondnets 8 and 9 in the said suit. When the said applications were not disposed of for the last two years, the present Civil Revision Petitions are filed.

In view of pendency of the applications of the petitioners before the trial Court, this Court is inclined to dispose of all the Revisions with a direction to the trial Court to consider the said applications and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
