THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.45426 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the policy of the second respondent-University of not having the procedure of revaluation/recounting of the answer sheets of the students appearing for the examination under various streams, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 24.04.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
