HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P. No. 1799 of 2016 DATE: 22.06.2016 Between:

Abdul Khadar and another .. Petitioners And Rahamtunnissa and two others .. Respondents

O R D E R:- On the last occasion, even though this Court directed that the matter be listed to this day under the caption "for dismissal" on the ground that nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the position has remained same. It seems that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
