Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and C.C.No.102 of 2015 is registered on the file of the XV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
