THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38626 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant of Bheemavaram Village, Alampur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, in the year 2006. While so, she was issued a show-cause notice on 04.02.2013 by the third respondent alleging that during Social Audit Inspection conducted from 02.12.2012 to 02.01.2013, some irregularities were noticed and she was asked to submit explanation within seven days and appear for hearing within fifteen days thereafter.

She, accordingly, submitted her explanation on 13.02.2013 denying the allegations. Though she appeared before the third respondent as directed by him, when third respondent issued proceedings on 30.05.2013 under the caption "Temporary Removal/Show Cause Notice", she submitted explanation on 10.06.2013. Even after lapse of four years, when no action was taken, the present Writ Petition was filed. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that the file was earlier dealt with by the Project Director of Mahabubnagar District and the file was now transferred to the third respondent on 15.11.2017, accordingly, a notice was issued on 18.11.2017 to the petitioner and the case would be disposed of within two months.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, and communicate a copy to the petitioner.
