Heard both sides.

Though the petitioner challenged the Proceedings dt. 18.08.2006 of respondent No.3/ The Project Director (DWMA) suspending him pending enquiry as a criminal case was registered against the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the D.R.D.O, Vikarabad, called for the report from the MPDO, Bashirabad on 16.02.2017, but the MPDO has not submitted his report as on today and the petitioner is kept under suspension. However, the petitioner made a representation on 17.03.2017 for revocation of his suspension and as no orders are passed, he filed the present Writ Petition.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that a criminal case registered against the petitioner and he is in police custody and the report of the MPDO, Bashirabad is awaited. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
