HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.36584 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that in pursuance to the notice dated 18-07-2017, the petitioner filed explanation on 21-07-2017, but without passing any orders the respondents are trying to demolish the structures of the petitioners. Heard Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass final orders in pursuance to the notice dated 18-07-2017 on considering the explanation of the petitioner dated 21-07-2017. Till such order is passed, status-quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
