ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 21.01.2014, in W.P.No.26882 of 2013.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (TS)

placed before the Court a copy of Endorsement bearing No.E2/898/2014, dated 29.10.2015, of the Member Convenor & Joint Collector, NOC Committee, Hyderabad District rejecting the petitioner's claim for grant of NOC. The learned AGP has assured that a copy of this Endorsement will be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

With the issue of proceedings, dated 29.10.2015, as referred above, the order, dated 21.01.2014, in W.P.No.26882 of 2013, stands complied with. Therefore, the contempt case is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, if she feels aggrieved by the above-mentioned Endorsement.
