HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.39452 OF 2018 Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V. Bhatt) The prayer is substantially against inaction of respondents in considering and disposing of a complaint said to have been brought to the notice of statutory authorities by the petitioner.

2. Keeping in view the order passed by the respondents, which is the subject matter of challenge in W.P. No. 44075 of 2018, we are of the view that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. The Writ Petition is dismissed.

3. The petitioner herein since is also impleaded as one of the respondents in the other Writ Petition, viz; W.P. No. 44075 of 2018, the petitioner herein can participate in the said Writ Petition, by filing a counter-affidavit.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
