The case of the petitioner is that he already made representation dated 21-03-2016 before the 4th respondent in respect of his grievance in the writ petition. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 21-03-2016, in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
