It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed appeal before the appellate authority-2nd respondent against the orders dated 04-07-2014. As the same is not being disposed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.R.Padma Rekha, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
