ORDER:

The inaction of respondent No.2 in disposing of the petitioner's application for draft lay out filed as far back as 13.12.2012 is called in question in this writ petition. Mr.Y.Rama Rao, learned standing counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HUDA), appearing for respondent No.2, submitted that a counter-affidavit is being filed today. However, he has made his submissions with reference to the contents of the counter-affidavit by stating that consideration of the petitioner's application is at the final stage, that respondent No.2 has required the petitioner to submit a few documents for taking a decision on the said application and that as soon as those documents are submitted by the petitioner, respondent No.3, who is the incharge Commissioner of respondent No.2, will take such decision.

Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the documents required to be produced by the petitioner were already furnished by it to respondent No.2 along with its application. He has, however, submitted that his client has no objection to supply those documents once again.

In the light of the above noted submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 13.12.2012, within a period of two weeks of the latter furnishing the documents required by them and communicate the same to the petitioner. Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.42104 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 24th November, 2015 GHN
