It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed appeal before the appellate authority-2nd respondent against the orders dated 11-09-2017 and the same is pending. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.R.Padma Rekha and G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Since it is stated that appeal filed by the petitioner is pending, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
