HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18929 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land in Sy.No.191 admeasuring Ac.1-20 guntas situated at Gundaram Village, Kamanpur Mandal, Karimnagar District having inherited under 'WILL" as well as through natural succession by virtue of possessory ownership rights from his father, who purchased the above said land in the year 2015 possessing rights, title and interest over an area of Ac,1-20 guntas, vide Doc.No.2994 of 2015. While so, the petitioner made an application dated 28.09.2015 for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattedar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land. But no orders are passed on the same. Aggrieved by the same the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the application filed by the petitioner on 28.09.2015 for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for grant of pattedar passbook and title deed, is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to dispose of the same.
In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
