Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of withdrawal of W.P.No.20360 of 2017, he seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition as the petitioner does not intend to prosecute the same. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
