HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2969 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 01.05.2018 passed by this Court in IA.No.1 of 2018 in WP.No.16388 of 2018, wherein this Court directed the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent submits that petitioner's application was considered and order in Rc.No.Zone-VI/812/SGP/2016 dated 10.12.2018 was passed. In view of the aforesaid submission, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 10.12.2018. No order as to costs.
