HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.39281 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the respondents to demolish the constructions in the 3rd and 4th floors of premises Nos.5-9-174/1, 174/2, 174/3, 175, 177, 178 of Chappal Road, Hyderabad, by the respondents 4 and 5, as they were made illegally and unauthorisedly.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners submitted a representation to the respondents 2 and 3 requesting them to demolish the un-authorised constructions made in the above said premises on 01.10.2018, no action has been taken so far. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Commissioner to deal with the representation dated 01.10.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to demolish the unauthorised constructions made by the respondents 4 and 5 in the above said premises and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the unofficial respondents and all concerned.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
