Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. The learned I-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, in fact, disposed of the suit by pronouncing the judgment, having heard arguments on 30.09.2015, whereas the present Civil Revision Petition was filed 4.9.2015.

Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous, and, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
