The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief : " ... to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing proceedings Memo No.L2/21581/2014, dated 19-102015, Rc.No.26/2015, dated 12-11-2015 and the ancillary and connected proceedings dated 12-112015 by the respondents and in taking over complete charge of the petitioner-Trust without acting on the representations made by the petitioner-Trust for grant of exemption from provisions of Sections 15 and 29 of the Act as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to act and pass appropriate orders on the representations made by the petitioner-Trust dated 7-3-2015 in accordance with the order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.21594 of 2008, dated 27-8-2015 ..."

At the hearing, Mr. N. Ashwani Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to his client to avail appropriate remedy.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.48635 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
