HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.37749 OF 2017 O R D E R :

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, it appears that the petitioners have no personal interest in the matter as the subject matter virtually relates to public interest. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, since public interest is involved in this matter, it is left open to the petitioner to file Public Interest Litigation. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
