HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Contempt Case No. 693 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan)) Sri G. Ravi Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit, that, as the order of the Division Bench regarding his reinstatement into service is not clear, the petitioner would seek review of the order; and the respondent cannot, therefore, be said to have violated the order of this Court willfully and deliberately. As the order of this Court has not been violated much less willfully and deliberately, we see no reason to proceed against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act.

The contempt case is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs.
