HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38213 OF 2017 O R D E R :
The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent issued proceedings dated 06.10.2017, removing the petitioner from the post of 'Sarpanch' of Gram Panchayat, Neela and against the same, the petitioner preferred revision under Section 264 sub Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the A.P.Panchayat Raj Act, on 02.11.2017, along with petition seeking suspension of the removal order. But, till date, no orders are passed either in the suspension petition or in the revision. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the suspension petition/revision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
