THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.63 of 2015 ORDER:- On 18.07.2016 the matter was adjourned to 20.07.2016 for being posed under the caption "for orders". As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 20.07.2016, the matter was listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". In spite of the matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.
