Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Home and Revenue, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 05.11.2018, furnished by the Inspector of Police, Amalapuram Town P.S., are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

According to the said instructions, the SDPO, Amalapuram-fourth respondent herein accorded permission/licence to hold 'SETTIBALIJA MAHANADU' on 11.11.2018 at Z.P. High School grounds, Amalapuram Town, East Godavari District.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
