This Criminal Petition is moved by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3, 5 and 10 without approaching the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Therefore, it is not appropriate to deal with this application as there are no special or exceptional circumstances.

In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3, 5 and 10 to file an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. before the Court of Session.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
