HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 9 5 1 8 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kolipara Police Station, Guntur District, dated 09.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the 3rd respondent Station House Officer, Kolipara Police Station, Guntur District, had received the representation of the petitioner's father through the Superintendent of Police, Guntur, on 02.10.2018 for enquiry and necessary action. In the said representation, it was mentioned that the marriage of the petitioner with the 4th respondent performed on 14.08.2014 at Guntur and thereon both left to USA and thereafter differences were arose between them and the petitioner came to India on 24.04.2015 and stayed at mother-in-law house and for further studies, the petitioner gone to US on 02.07.2015 and the 4th respondent husband harassed the petitioner, hence she returned to India on 01.10.2015.

It is submitted that pursuant to the said representation, the 3rd respondent had enquired the matter and revealed that the differences were arose between the petitioner and the 4th respondent at USA and the 4th respondent obtained final decree of divorce in the District Court 224th Judicial District, Bexar County, Texas, at USA on 02.01.2018 vide No.2017-C1-04277. Hence, no F.I.R. was registered against the 4th respondent and the same was entered into General Diary on 02.10.2018 and the

same was informed to the petitioner's father by way of notice through registered post on 09.11.2018. It is submitted that the contention of the petitioner that the respondents 2 and 3 not taken action on her representation is incorrect and baseless. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent enquired into the representation of the petitioner and revealed that the cause of action arose at USA and the 4th respondent obtained final decree of divorce in the District Court 224th Judicial District, Bexa County, Texas, at USA on 02.20.1028 vide No.2017-C104277. It is submitted that the petitioner contended to issue Look Out Notice against the 4th respondent is incorrect and baseless."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kolipara Police Station, Guntur District, dated 09.11.2018, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to approach the appropriate forum of law, in accordance with law.
