This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file comprehensive writ petition on the ground that the facts and grounds, which were necessary to be raised, have not been raised.

2. Permission is accorded.

WPMP is ordered.

WP.No.22342 of 2015:

In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid provided cause of action survives. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
