THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28829 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not promoting the petitioners to 4th year Degree course in Bachelor of Architecture on the ground that they have not cleared backlogs in first year of the course, without conducing supplementary exams.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submits that the first respondent University has been regularly conducting regular examinations as well as supplementary examination every year and for the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, no separate direction need be passed.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
