THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.2522 of 2016 ORDER:

This appeal is filed by the appellant under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act questioning the decree and order passed in O.P.No.848 of 2013, dated 09.10.2015 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 29.12.2016. Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 29.12.2016.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
