Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri G.Narender Reddy for respondent No.4.

The notice No.B/421/2017, dated 05.09.2017 issued by the Tahsildar, Gamibiraopet mandal, Rajanna Sirisilla District/third respondent herein is under challenge in the present writ petition. In fact, by way of the impugned notice dated 05.09.2017 the Tahsildar asked the petitioner to give explanation. In fact, after receipt of the said notice on 05.09.2017, petitioner herein got issued a legal notice asking the third respondent to verify the facts.

As the issue is pending consideration before the Tahsildar pursuant to the impugned notice and as the petitioner already got issued a reply notice in response to the impugned notice, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the third respondent to verify the legal notice dated 05.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders, after taking into account the contents of the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Till the orders are passed status quo as on today shall be maintained.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
