HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39688 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation, dated 11.09.2018, submitted by the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to effect registration of Gift Settlement Deed, dated 11.07.2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3.

In the representation, dated 11.09.2018, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the official respondents to decide the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents with regard to forgery of documents said to have been committed by them.

This Court cannot grant any relief or direct the official respondents to go into the aspect.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available under law.
