As the details furnished in the Writ Petition are sketchy, no relief can be granted to the petitioners except granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the authorities by making necessary application furnishing all the necessary material as prescribed under the rules. As and when such applications are made, the respondent authorities shall consider the same by strictly following the procedure prescribed in law .
