When the matter is called, Sri V. Venkatarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Petition with a liberty to file appropriate Petition as and when fresh cause of action arises. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.
