The revision petitioner is the defendant in O.S.No.138 of 2014 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Tadipatri. The 1st respondent herein filed the suit for permanent injunction restraining the defendant from interfering with the possession of the land admeasuring Ac.4.00 cents in Survey No.1050-A of Cherlopalli village, Tadipatri Mandal, Ananthapur District. After filing the written statement by the petitioner herein, the 1st respondent filed I.A.No.391 of 2014 seeking impleadment of Tahsildar, Putlur as 2nd defendant in the suit and the said application was allowed by order dated 16-07-2015. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

A perusal of the impugned order passed on 16-07-2015 in I.A.No.391 of 2014 in O.S.No.138 of 2014 shows that the Tahsildar, Putlur issued pattadar pass book in favour of the respondent and mutated the records in favour of the respondent. In those circumstances only, he wanted to implead the Tahsildar, Putlur as a party to the suit. It is for the plaintiff to proceed against the defendants whom he feels to be necessary for the purpose of disposal of the suit. The petitioner herein is only a defendant in the suit. The Tahsildar, who was impleaded as 2nd defendant, has not filed any Civil Revision Petition challenging the order dated 16-07-2015. In the circumstances, there are no merits in the Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
