HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23089 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.4.29 cents in Survey Nos.395/2B and 332/4B in Penganchiprolu Revenue Village & Mandal, Krishna District and her name was also entered in the revenue records and she was also issued Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds in the year 2011 itself. While so, due to some economic problems the petitioner sold out some part of the subject land and went to the 4th respondent's office to get copy of latest Adangal/Pahani. But, the online records in respect of the Adangal of the subject land are showing error. As such, the petitioner filed application on 18.06.2016, requesting the authorities to rectify the error showing in the computer online records in respect of Adanga/Pahani and to issue latest Adangal/Pahani for the purpose of registration.

It is also stated that when the petitioner went to the 5th respondent for registering the documents in favour of the proposed purchaser, the 5th respondent is not receiving the documents basing on the Error appearing in the Adangal. As no action is being taken on the application of the petitioner, till today, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, the concerned Tahasildar is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner and take action

accordingly within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, it is open for the petitioner to present the documents before 5th respondent for registration and the 5th respondent shall take action as per Section 71 of the Indian Stamps and Registration Act and Rules made thereunder. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
