The only grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 23.07.2018 for grant of new Pattadar Pass Books and title deeds as petitioner was already issued pattadar pass books and title deeds and his name was already entered in 1 B register.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2018, in accordance with law and take action within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
