THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2170 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 and A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.21 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Miryalaguda Town Police Station, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 IPC and 25 (1) (A) of Arms Act.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that the case was referred as 'false'. Under these circumstances, there is nothing to adjudicate. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
