Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar in considering the application of the petitioner dated 1.6.2016 for deleting the subject land from assigned land list, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, Obuladevaracheruvu Mandal, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh, to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 1.6.2016 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs.
