It arises out of the order dated.07-10-2015 passed in I.A.No.441 of 2013 in O.S. No.363 of 2007 on the file of the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Eluru. A perusal of the case status report of the said court shows that on 07-08-2017 itself the suit was disposed of. Therefore, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
