This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.605 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional Judicial first Class Magistrate, Khammam, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 506 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl.Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent State. Perused the material on record.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner/A.4 filed the present petition for quashing of proceedings including to dispense with the appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court in the in the aforesaid Calendar Case, now he restricts his prayer only to dispense with the appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in the interest of justice, the Criminal Petition is disposed of dispensing with the appearance of the petitioner/A.4 in C.C.No.605 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional Judicial first Class Magistrate, Khammam. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
