Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner applied on 24-10-2017 to 3rd respondent to mutate his name in the possession column in the pahani in respect of the subject land and that 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that if the petitioner gives application in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to 3rd respondent with supporting documents, 3rd respondent will take appropriate action in the record within six weeks thereon. 4.
Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make application in Form-6A to 3rd respondent with supporting material and the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same within six weeks from the date of submission of such application by the petitioner in accordance with law and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
