HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 9 3 4 7 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Task Force, O/ o.Commissioner of Police, Karimnagar, dated 19.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that on 06.10.2018, the Commissioner of Police, Karimnagar, sent a complaint made by one Munigala Pushpalatha, W/ o.Rajender, R/ o.Gumlapur, Choppadandi Mandal, Karimnagar District. On receipt of the complaint of the Pushpalatha, the 4th respondent gone through the contents of the complaint and called both parties i.e., the complainant and the writ petitioner to Task Force Office on 18.10.2018.

It is submitted that the Inspector, Task Force, Karimnagar did not abuse the writ petitioner and did not use any third degree methods as alleged by the writ petitioner. The other contents raised by the writ petitioner are formal for the purpose of Writ Petition and need no reply.

It is submitted that thereafter on 25.10.2018, the Commissioner of Police, Karimnagar, forwarded the complaint made by the writ petitioner to the ACP, Task Force. The Asst.Commissioner of Police, Task Force, Karimnagar, receipt of the complaint of the writ petitioner, tried to secure the presence of the writ petitioner for enquiry but the Mobile Phone of the writ petitioner is switched off. The Task Force staff went to the house of the writ petitioner and the

wife of the writ petitioner stated that the writ petitioner is snot available in his house.

It is submitted that the writ petitioner did not approach the Hon'ble Court with clean hands. The writ petitioner filed the present Writ Petition to avoid criminal proceedings arising out of the complaint made by one Munigala Pushpalatha."

On noticing the same, it is requested by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to place the above instructions on record and dispose of the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Task Force, O/ o.Commissioner of Police, Karimnagar, dated 19.11.2018.
